Uploading Photos
Supported formats
SnapdMe supports the following image formats:
- JPEG / JPG
- PNG
- HEIC (converted automatically)
- WebP
Upload limits

How to upload
- Open your event from the dashboard.
- Go to the Photos tab.
- Click Upload Photos or drag and drop files into the upload area.
- Wait for processing to complete — a progress bar shows indexing status.
Re-uploading and adding more photos
You can add more photos to an event at any time. New uploads are processed and indexed automatically. Guests who have already accessed the event will see the updated gallery on their next visit.
Deleting photos
To remove a photo:
- Open the Photos tab.
- Hover over the photo and click the trash icon.
- Confirm deletion.
Deleted photos are removed from all guest views immediately.
