Setting Up an Event
This page covers the event settings available to organizers.
Event details
| Field | Description |

| Event Name | Shown to guests when they open the guest link |
| Event Date | Helps organize events in your dashboard |
| Cover Photo | Optional thumbnail shown on the event page |
Access control
By default, anyone with the guest link can access the event. You can restrict access by:
- Password protecting the event — guests must enter a password before taking a selfie.
- Setting an expiry date — the guest link stops working after this date.
To configure these, go to your event's Settings tab.
Notifications
Enable email notifications to be alerted when:
- Photo processing is complete.
- A guest accesses your event for the first time.
